The playful yet practical design of the new
bed sets new standards in several areas:
The standard 200×90 cm size bed has a
packaged length
(including the cardboard packaging) of
no more than 135 cm and therefore fits
comfortably into a normal car. It can be
easily assembled by one person: The loden
– a heavy, wear-resistant fleece fabric made
from wool – is simply stretched over the
plywood components to act as a joining
element and making the units exceptionally
stable with no need for glue or dowels.
