Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt.
How to return or exchange
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. If the item is for an exchange please do not include the gift box.
Please enclose a letter listing the items you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund. Please include a copy of your receipt/order confirmation.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns be sent to us by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Goods are returned to monsters and munchkins at your own expense, however, we will send your exchange back out to you by recorded delivery at no extra charge.
If you are returning goods due to a fault with the product then you will also be reimbursed for the cost of shipping.
You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt/order confirmation and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.

For mainland uk we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days when orders are received by 3.30pm. Delivery may be longer during busy periods.
- For europe we aim to deliver in 3-5 working days.
- For rest of the world we endeavour to deliver in 7- 12 days.
Please contact us to arrange specific requirements. We aim to deliver from stock. If there is likely to be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

All our orders are delivered by parcel force, special delivery and requires a signature.

All items shown are in stock unless the words "sold out" appear in the size drop-down on the product pages.
If a product is out-of-stock that you want, please send us an e-mail on sales@monstersandmunchkins.com indicating the product name, style and size and we will get back to you about future deliveries of your desired item.
Here at monsters and munchkins, we try and give you as much information about a particular item as possible. With each item , there should be a size chart available that should make choosing the correct size a bit easier. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under returns.
